Thermal insulation blankets are made to measure. We adapt the fabrics, insulation and fastening elements to the thermal conditions of each individual point. The aim is to provide you with durable and effective insulation solutions. By combining different materials we can provide you with insulation solutions up to 1000°C. Our insulation blankets are also eligible for CEE premiums.

Thermal insulation blankets are designed to insulate individual points such as valves, taps, filters, flanges, traps and other accessories for steam, hot water, superheated water and organic fluids.

The main objectives are: energy saving and personnel protection (risk of burns).

The main advantages: quick installation (assembly/disassembly), a lightweight product, cleanliness (no dust or loose glass wool fibres).

Our products are flexible and removable. They are designed to insulate your steam, hot water, thermal oil and organic fluid networks between 20 and 1000°C.

The main advantage of removable insulation blankets over traditional insulation and cladding systems is the ease of removal and replacement when valves and heated components require access for maintenance or repair.

Removable insulation blankets are lightweight and designed for ease of removal & replacement, which can be done by the client own maintenance personnel.

Valves have a much larger energy loss surface than a pipe of the same diameter. Insulating them means saving up to €540 on average on only one valve (over one year).

An on-site visit allows us to evaluate your insulation project. Then an expert can take the necessary measurements and prepare the work in order to independently manage the team of installation technicians.

Every project is unique. Each thermal insulation blanket is different to fit your equipment and components. This makes assembly and disassembly easier.

On site delivery and installation

We will support with on-site installation. In this way, our team is able to position and adjust the fastenings of each thermal insulation blanket.
